- A booking deposit of $200 is required to
confirm reservation. This booking deposit will be applied towards the total payment for reservations, but is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking.
- Full payment (with booking deposit
included) for reservations must be received at least 30 days prior to check-in date.
- A Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $12.95 per day plus
tax applies to all bookings. Fee covers the
following: 24 Hour Check-In, Secured Resort Access, Parking, Local Phone Calls, Health Club (Fitness Center), Children's Playground and Swimming Pavilion along with Pool Towels, Regularly Scheduled
Activities, and Sand Volleyball Court.
- THERE IS A ONE-TIME DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE FOR
ALL RESERVATIONS. THE FEE IS USD $105.00 THIS FEE WILL BE COLLECTED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
- Rates are based by unit, not per person. Maximum 2
persons per each bedroom.

- For cancellations received: -
1. Within 14 days of arrival date, a
cancellation charge of 1 Nights Room Rent plus applicable taxes and/or
fees will apply.
2. At any other time after booking, a cancellation
charge of $25.00 plus applicable taxes and/or fees will apply.
- No-Shows or Cancellations on the day of arrival: -
A charge of 100% of the Room Rent plus applicable taxes and/or fees will apply.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND A
CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS OBTAINED.
