Our 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms home is the largest unit available at Regal Palms, which comfortably sleeps (8-10) people. We are located within a 2 minute walk to the Main gate, Club house, Water park, Bar, Restaurant, Spa and Fitness center.  This relaxing family room comes furnished with comfortable seating, large Plasma T.V., DVD player, X-Box and Playstation.

Dining Area

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with ice maker, stove and dish washer.  Fully stocked with glasses, wine glasses, plates, cutlery, pots, pans and bakeware for your convenience.  The kitchen is also equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, microwave and kettle.

Master bedroom on main floor

Our villa features two master bedrooms.  One on the main floor and one on the second floor.  This one featured is on the main floor.  Upgraded superior queen size mattress with a full washroom ensuite.  This room also features a plasma TV and DVD player.

Master bedroom on second floor

The second master bedroom is situated on the second floor. It features a king size bed with a superior mattress and upgraded furniture.  There is a plasma TV and DVD player located in the room media unit.  There is a walk in closet and in room safe.  This room features a full ensuite washroom with Roman bath.  There is a balcony attached to this masterbed room overlooking the back of the house, furnish with tasteful patio furniture.

Bedroom with twin beds, newly upgraded superior mattresses.  The room features walk in closet, plasma TV and DVD player.

Bedroom with a queen size bed and superior upgraded mattress.  This room features a plasma TV and DVD player.

For your convenience our laundry facility includes a full size washer and dryer, iron and board located on the second floor next to the master bedroom.
